RECOGNITION
AND EXHIBITIONS
Ottawa Art Gallery

In December 2019, I had the privilege of exhibiting my collage work at the Ottawa Art Gallery, showcasing a collection of pieces that explored themes of memory, identity, and visual storytelling through layered, reimagined imagery. The exhibition highlighted my interest in blending vintage aesthetics with contemporary narratives, using found materials and analog techniques to create thoughtful, tactile compositions. It was an opportunity to share my personal artistic practice in a public space, connect with the local arts community, and reflect on the role of collage as both a personal and professional medium.
Placed first in judges award at the Adobe Creative Jam Competition 2016 for "Best Design"

In 2016, I participated in the Ottawa Adobe Creative Jam, a fast-paced design competition that brought together local creatives for a live challenge using Adobe Creative Cloud apps. Centered around the theme “In the end, we’ll all become stories” by Margaret Atwood, we were given just three hours to conceptualize and execute a complete visual piece.
I created a layered digital collage that explored themes of memory, legacy, and human connection through surreal composition and storytelling. At the end of the event, I took to the stage to present my work in front of the audience and judging panel—and was honoured to receive the award for Best Visual Design.
The experience was both creatively intense and incredibly rewarding, affirming my love for visual storytelling under pressure, and my ability to translate abstract themes into emotionally resonant, visually compelling design.
